With over 2,000 employees, Lakeview sought to enhance customer service through more accurate data and improved communications. To achieve this, they decided to implement the 9.0 version of Infor Lawson Financials, Human Resources, Payroll, and Procurement.

End users are now empowered to capture details directly in the sub-ledgers, simplifying the overall chart of accounts and enabling more consistent, timely, and relevant reporting.
Additional improvements came with the implementation of Lawson's Human Capital Management Suite, which strengthened security for sensitive employee data, provided better system controls, and automated employee benefit enrollment maintenance. Having more immediate access to information has enabled end users and employees to be less reliant on technical staff for data extraction, analysis, and ad hoc reporting.
