Greg Gotlin, founder of GForce, started his career journey when he served as a Controller at Hard Rock and lived the day-to-day challenges of finance teams. He gained firsthand insight into both the strengths and limitations of Infor Lawson. This experience stayed with him as he transitioned into consulting, helping others navigate the same systems and struggles he once knew so well. Greg is a veteran in this space, with over 30 years of experience, and is a champion user of Infor/Lawson.
By 2015, Greg recognized a gap and found a better way to support organizations through financial transformation—one that wasn’t just about technology, but about people. He envisioned a team-centered, people-first approach that combined deep operational knowledge with consulting expertise. That vision became The GForce Way.
